Document Processing
- Applications – Processing applications that have been invited off of the waitlist as a priority over newly received applications. We are working on:
- Waitlist invited applications received 04/15/2026
- New applications, not yet processed, received 04/09/2026 – 04/14/2026
- Applications invited from the Waitlist – Processing applications received through 08/11/2025 for families who are working and have been invited from the waitlist.
- Redeterminations – Working on redeterminations with a renewal expiration date of 04/30/2026
- Supporting Documents – We are working on:
- Waitlist invited supporting documents received 04/15/2026
- New supporting documents, not yet processed, received 04/10/2026 – 04/15/2026
Invoice Processing Status
- April invoices will be available on 05/01/2026
- Invoices received on 04/13/2026 are currently being processed.
- Invoices received on or before 04/12/2026 have been processed and will be paid on 04/14/2026
Provider Orientation and CDA Stipend Payment Status
- Stipend Payments will be processed on 03/20/2026 for all active Care 4 Kids providers who attended the Provider Orientation in January. Payments will be in the amount of $75.
