Care 4 Kids Is Going Paperless!

To better serve our parents and providers, Care 4 Kids is moving to a fully paperless process effective January 1, 2027. As of this date, all applications, redeterminations, and changes must be submitted electronically through the Care 4 Kids Parent Portal, as paper forms will no longer be accepted.

Effective January 1, 2027, parents will be required to submit applications, redeterminations and changes for the Care 4 Kids program through the Care 4 Kids Parent Portal. Licensed Providers:

In preparation for Care 4 Kids going paperless, all licensed providers are encouraged to create an account in the OEC 360 Provider Portal. This portal will be used for providers to submit information, access their Care 4 Kids records, and access and submit their Care 4 Kids invoices.
