- Applications – Care 4 Kids is processing applications that have been invited off of the waitlist as a priority over newly received applications.

- We are working on new applications, not yet processed, received 03/16/2026 – 03/23/2026
- Applications invited from the Waitlist – We are currently processing applications received through 07/27/2025 for families who are working and have been invited from the waitlist.
- Redeterminations – We are working on redeterminations with a renewal expiration date of 03/31/2026

- We are working on waitlist invited supporting documents received 03/23/2026 – 03/26/2026
- We are working on new supporting documents, not yet processed, received 03/19/2026 – 03/24/2026
Invoice Processing Status
- March invoices will be available on 04/01/2026
- Invoices received on 03/24/2026 are currently being processed.
- Invoices received on or before 03/23/2026 have been processed and will be paid on 03/27/2026
Provider Orientation and CDA Stipend Payment Status
- Stipend Payments will be processed on03/20/2026 for allactive Care 4 Kids providers who attended the Provider Orientation in January. Payments will be in the amount of $75.
