Document Processing
- Applications – Processing applications that have been invited off of the waitlist as a priority over newly received applications. We are working on:
- Waitlist invited applications received 06/5/2026 – 06/08/2026
- New applications, not yet processed, received 06/01/2026 – 06/03/2026
- Applications invited from the Waitlist – Processing applications received through 09/02/2025 for families who are working and have been invited from the waitlist.
- Redeterminations – Working on redeterminations with a renewal expiration date of 06/30/2026
- Supporting Documents – We are working on:
- Waitlist invited supporting documents received 06/8/2026 – 06/09/2026
- New supporting documents, not yet processed, received 06/01/2026 – 06/03/2026
Invoice Processing Status
- June invoices will be available on 07/01/2026
- Invoices received on 06/07/2026 are currently being processed.
- Invoices received on or before 06/06/2026 have been processed and will be paid on 06/11/2026
Provider Orientation and CDA Stipend Payment Status
- Stipend Payments will be processed on 06/12/2026 for all active Care 4 Kids providers who attended the Provider Orientation in May. Payments will be in the amount of $75.
