- Applications – Care 4 Kids is processing applications that have been invited off of the waitlist as a priority over newly received applications.
- We are working on waitlist invited applications received 02/10/2026 – 02/11/2026
- We are working on new applications, not yet processed, received 01/28/2026 – 01/31/2026
- Applications invited from the Waitlist – We are currently processing applications received through 06/24/2025 for families who are working and have been invited from the waitlist.
- Redeterminations – We are working on redeterminations with a renewal expiration date of 02/28/2026
- Supporting Documents –
- We are working on waitlist invited supporting documents received 02/09/2026 – 02/11/2026
- We are working on new supporting documents, not yet processed, received 01/30/2026 – 02/02/2026
Invoice Processing Status
- February invoices will be available on 03/01/2026
- Invoices received on 02/10/2026 are currently being processed.
- Invoices received on or before 02/09/2026 have been processed and will be paid on 02/11/2026
Provider Orientation and CDA Stipend Payment Status
- Stipend Payments will be processed on 02/20/2026 for all active Care 4 Kids providers who attended the Provider Orientation in January. Payments will be in the amount of $75.
