To continue receiving important information about your Care 4 Kids (C4K) case, create your Parent Portal account today. Starting January 1, 2027, C4K will move to a fully paperless process. All documents and case changes must be submitted through the Parent Portal. Paper forms will no longer be accepted. The Parent Portal allows you to receive case updates, eligibility information, and important notices. We encourage you to create your Parent Portal account as soon as possible to prevent delays.
