C4K Paperless Transition

As part of our transition to a paperless environment, the Care 4 Kids fax number will no longer be in service as of 6:00pm on June 30th, 2026, and the drop boxes located at Care 4 Kids offices have been removed.

Parents will now use the C4K Parent Portal to submit all applications, redeterminations, and supporting documentation.

If you have not yet created a C4K Parent Portal account, please register at https://portal.ct.gov/oec/care4kids.

Providers should continue to submit provider documentation through the Care 4 Kids website or by U.S. Mail (USPS) until the OEC 360 Provider Portal becomes available for document submissions.
